The current government of Ghana promised to create one dam per district. This is the dam created near Tumbalug with poorly compacted enbankments.
2019 7/16/19 Tambalug / Ghana: For the past five years, Oxfam has been absent in Kpatia and Tambalug (2 communities in Garu Tempane District of the Upper East Region of Ghana). This project is a visual documentary study on the impact of climate change on these farming communities, in the absence of fresh aid.
